How long are the workshops?

Allow 2.5 hours for a typical workshop. They can be tailored shorter or longer to meet client needs.

When can workshops happen?

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Saturdays are available. Start times can be anywhere between 10am and 7pm. Saturday bookings may require more notice, but are costed at the same rates.

Where do you service?

I focus on South Australia currently and can visit any regional location in SA, given at least one month notice. Travel charges for locations outside the Greater Adelaide metropolitan can be negotiated and quoted case by case.

What will we get out of it?

Workshops are designed to be a stand-alone, offline events that are simply fun! But participants also leave with mementos and insights for supporting their wellbeing in new and creative ways. I provide brief summaries, included in the standard workshop price. More detailed reports can be quoted according to your needs.

Have you been doing this for long?

I have designed and run workshops as an educator and qualitative researcher, but these workshops are new.
