Support our 2025 Fleurieu student workshops & SALA exhibition!

Workshops will be delivered to senior students at Victor Harbor High School between March and July 2025. The project was inspired by a successful series in 2024!

Two classes of year 12 Marine Science students and a class of year 10 art students will each learn about marine conservation and how stewardship of nature supports their wellbeing. Students in these three classes can attend an additional workshop on public speaking. Artwork and short talks developed from these workshops will be showcased with a SALA exhibition at the South Australian Whale Centre from 18th - 31st August 2025.

This is a great way for students to develop skills in community engagement and leadership, as well as learning how to build on their wellbeing and sense of empowerment.
