This time, choose a different nature memory from another time and place. Create a new entry in your journal, capturing the emotions and physical sensations. Remember, you don’t need complex drawings, just colours, shapes and a few words are enough.
Consider the meaning of this experience and what made it valuable to you. What core values does it represent? In other words, what values do you hold that shine in this experience? Note any words or phrases that summarise this meaning. Try to incorporate these values in the same entry as the memory, but if you have a lot to include, use as many pages as you need.
